Delivery

National deliveries (Costa Rica):

At checkout, we offer two options:
  1. Delivery via Correos de Costa Rica for a fixed price of $5: Please provide your phone number, full name, email address, and exact delivery address (province, canton, district, and detailed address). Once handed over to ‘Correos,’ orders take 1-3 business days to be delivered. Note that delivery times may vary depending on the product due to its production extent. All specifications are provided on the product details page. We do not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages; please address further issues directly with the courier service.
  2. Pick-Up at Escazú: Upon purchase, we will send you an email with the exact pick-up location and contact you to coordinate the delivery. Please note that this is a human delivery, and further communications are necessary to coordinate the pick-up. We always aim to arrange the delivery within a week of its purchase. Delivery times might vary depending on the product due to its production extent. All specifications are provided on the product details page.

International deliveries:

Currently we can only assure deliveries to countries in North and South America. Deliveries outside this areas can be managed if you contact us directly and we look for one on one solutions :)

All international deliveries are via DHL and have a fixed price of $45: Please provide your phone number, full name, email address, and exact delivery address. Once handed over to DHL orders take 1-7 business days to be delivered. Note that delivery times may vary depending on the product due to its production extent. All specifications are provided on the product details page. We do not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages; please address further issues directly with the courier service.  

All deliveries:

You will receive a confirmation email once the purchase is completed with further information. For any questions concerning your package, feel free to contact us at lupitabyjq@gmail.com




Return Policy
We understand that returns are important to our customers. However, being a small business, our return policy is as follows:
  1. Returns: We accept returns only if the product sent is damaged (does not apply if damaged during delivery) or if there's a mistake with your order. This means if you receive a product that you didn't purchase.
  2. Return Period: You have 15 days from the shipment date to initiate a return.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Made-to-order products are not returnable; please read the product’s description carefully.
  4. Return Process: 
    - Send us an email at lupitabyjq@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. 
    - We will provide you with a return address.
    - Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense.
    - Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you whether the return or exchange is approved.
  5. Refunds: We offer store credit only. No cash refunds.

Guarantee

We value the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If any clothing item is damaged, we will accept it back and do our best to fix it for you! For example, this applies when there's a small hole, or a button has popped off. We will do our best to fix your products. However, this guarantee does not extend to prints, posters, or paper materials.
