Delivery

Currently, we only deliver within Costa Rica, but we are working to expand our delivery options.

At checkout, we offer two options:

  1. Delivery via Correos de Costa Rica for a fixed price of $5: Please provide your phone number, full name, email address, and exact delivery address (province, canton, district,  ‘instrucciones detalladas’). Once handed over to ‘Correos,’ orders take 1-3 business days to be delivered. Note that delivery times might vary depending on the product due to its production extent. All specifications are provided on the product details page. We do not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages; please address further issues directly with the courier service.

  2. Pick-Up at Escazú: Upon purchase, we will send you an email with the exact pick-up location and contact you to coordinate the delivery. Please note that this is a human delivery, and further communications are necessary to coordinate the pick-up. We always aim to arrange the delivery within a week of its purchase. Delivery times might vary depending on the product due to its production extent. All specifications are provided on the product details page.

Return Policy

We understand that returns are important to our customers. However, being a small business, our return policy is as follows:

  1. Returns: We accept returns only if the product sent is damaged (does not apply if damaged during delivery) or if there's a mistake with your order. This means if you receive a product that you didn't purchase.

  2. Return Period: You have 15 days from the shipment date to initiate a return.

  3. Non-Returnable Items: Made-to-order products are not returnable; please read the product’s description carefully.

  4. Return Process: 

    - Send us an email at info@shoplupita.com with your order number and the reason for the return. 

    - We will provide you with a return address.

    - Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense.

    - Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you whether the return or exchange is approved.

  5. Refunds: We offer store credit only. No cash refunds.

Guarantee

We value the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If any clothing item is damaged, we will accept it back and do our best to fix it for you! This applies when there's a small hole, or a button has popped off. We will do our best to fix your products. However, this guarantee does not extend to prints, posters, or paper materials.
